1. Who you are contracting with

QUOTABLE is operated by quotable trades. These terms form your agreement with quotable trades for use of our marketplace. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for any business you represent. 2. Our marketplace

Customers can post jobs free of charge. Tradespeople can create profiles and subscribe to Trade Pro to unlock customer lead contact details. We introduce customers and tradespeople; we are not a party to their contracts for trade work. Customers and tradespeople must agree their own scope, price, payment and workmanship terms.

A membership does not guarantee a number of leads, responses, work or earnings. Users must check the suitability, qualifications and insurance of anyone they hire. Reviews reflect the views of their authors, not endorsements by quotable trades.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account information accurate and your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and should report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

You must not use the service unlawfully; commit fraud; send spam; publish false jobs or reviews; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; upload malware; probe or interfere with security; scrape or harvest data; or circumvent access limits. Use customer details only to respond to the relevant job, not for unsolicited marketing, resale or unrelated contact.

4. Membership, billing and cancellation

Trade Pro costs £49 per month excluding VAT (£58.80 including UK VAT at 20%). Applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Active membership allows unlimited lead unlocks, subject to these terms.

You can cancel through your dashboard. Cancellation ends membership access immediately, including access to previously unlocked contact details, and stops future renewals. Cancellation does not itself submit a refund request; see our Refund Policy. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.

quotable trades sells Trade Pro directly and is the seller of record for your subscription. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor; we do not store your full card details. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy terms.

5. Intellectual property and your content

quotable trades retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the service.

You retain ownership of your job descriptions, profile content, photographs and reviews. You confirm you have the rights to share them and grant us a limited licence to host, display and process them solely to provide the service. Report rights infringements to quotable.company@gmail.com. We may remove infringing or unlawful content and suspend repeat infringers.

6. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and responsibility for losses caused by third-party trade work or inaccurate user content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. We may remove content that breaches these terms. Where appropriate we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us to challenge the decision. Our Privacy Notice explains retention of data after access ends.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Changes do not remove accrued rights. If you have questions or a complaint, contact quotable.company@gmail.com.
